Premier Inn, the UK’s largest hotel brand constructed a five storey structure in a coastal near the seaside, applying both our 9mm and 12mm thickness TRILITE RMS board for their 81-bedroom hotel. Given the project’s coastal location, they needed a fully external board, Category “A” rated in accordance to EN12467 and offers excellent dimensional stability and impact resistance. What’s more the customer had tested for wind loading with very successful outcome. Our RMS boards were finished with a silicone render appropriate for exterior use. Installed between Dec. 2014 and Feb. 2015, and the hotel opened for business just one month later.
“M1” classification was granted for TRILITE boards, which is intended to be used in the design and construction of healthier and more comfortable buildings. M1 stands for low emission with respect to good indoor air quality. Evaluation criteria in chart below :

Scandinavian’s regions have different climates and temperatures, a good board that can withstand its harsh snows, cold and extremes is necessary. TRILITE RMS had been constantly used in many exterior ceilings/fascias because of its robustness, durability and stable performance. Above project in Sweden had been completed since 2013 and for almost 4 years and doing well.
