(XPS core or EPS core )

Thanks to the strict selection of materials, the quality of the core of INSU-lite board is certified to the test standards of GB/T1801.1 and GB/T1801.2.

INSU-lite is lightweight, fire resistant and has excellent heat insulation properties. The coefficient of thermal conductivity of XPScore is ≤0.030W/(m.v) and the coefficient of thermal conductivity of EPS core is ≤0.037W/(m.v). Their temperature preservation and heat insulation capability is 20 times that of clay brick or ordinary brick cement works.

In general, all insulation works in the past are done at the job site, takes long time, too labor intensive and high cost. The advantage of our factory finish “ INSU-lite” board is that we had adopted a computerized machine operation to produce each board to maintain constant temperature and physical properties. The boards are strong, flexible, weather resistant and you need not worry about delaying your project due to constant rain , high temperature, cold weather which hampers the insulation works if they are done at the job site.

Why it is necessary to have rear covering layer:

  1. Our rear side board balances the stress and tension between the front and the back side of the board.
  2. It enable the whole structure to have higher compatibility with inorganic adhesives.
  3. The XPS or EPS core doesn’t absorb water but if you install them to an original wall, the original wall absorbs water and the water will transfer to it and might result in delamination .
    However, we had perfectly design INSU-lite to have a water absorptive inorganic layer, which can ensure that both sides of the board can absorb the adhesive during agglutination, so that the agglutination and sticking between them can be complete and compatible.
